The Challenge
Alutron was navigating a phase of rapid evolutionary growth. Previously managed through artisanal methodologies and a rigid ERP system, the production floor urgently required a highly flexible architecture capable of supporting escalating complexity and surging production volumes.
A critical lack of traceability compromised work order monitoring, client communication, and the governance of external processing (subcontractors). Master data management was fragmented, and production workflows lacked structural integration.

The Industrial Cloud Solution
Industrial Cloud initiated the project with a profound, surgical analysis of existing production workflows, collaborating closely with operators and department heads to sculpt the system precisely around the enterprise’s true operational realities.
The AgileFactory MES was configured to meticulously map the entire production cycle, orchestrate operations distributed across internal departments and external suppliers, and streamline data harvesting via both fixed and mobile terminals.
A proprietary algorithm was developed to automatically reconstruct complex work orders generated by the ERP, systematically eliminating errors and data duplication.
