The Challenge

MC Quadro Conceria set out to execute a profound digital transformation to optimize its production processes and render its entire leather supply chain more efficient, transparent, and sustainable.

It was imperative to digitalize every operational phase, establish bidirectional communication between all machinery and the enterprise IT systems, and secure real-time intelligence on both production data and core environmental indicators. The enterprise needed to meticulously monitor and optimize energy consumption, elevate the quality and speed of information flows along the line, and guarantee the surgical traceability of every phase—from the intake of raw materials to the dispatch of the finished product.

Simultaneously, MC Quadro sought to deploy an automated architecture to calculate its environmental footprint, precisely measuring the kWh consumed per square meter of leather, alongside the COâ‚‚ and VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emissions generated by every single produced unit.

The objective was uncompromising: render every process totally controllable, demonstrably sustainable, and perfectly aligned with the exacting standards demanded by elite global fashion brands.

The Industrial Cloud Solution

Industrial Cloud deployed the AgileFactory MES at MC Quadro Conceria, architecting a complete digital transformation of the tanning and finishing processes. Every machine was rigorously interconnected to enable seamless bidirectional communication with the corporate IT ecosystem, rendering every production phase transparent and fully traceable

The architecture ensures the continuous monitoring of energy consumption, the automated harvesting of performance data, and the comprehensive governance of production batches. Every single stage is digitally recorded, strictly controlled, and irrevocably linked to its corresponding environmental parameters.

Powered by AgileFactory, MC Quadro now stands as a definitive paradigm of efficiency, sustainability, and transparency within the leather supply chain. The enterprise is uniquely equipped to provide objective, irrefutable data regarding its environmental impact alongside its premium certified products. They are armed to conquer the future environmental and operational challenges of the fashion industry, backed by a system that reveals exactly what they consume, what they emit, and where they can structurally improve. It is a cultural revolution, engineered by technology.
